SPA POLICIES

We require an initial consultation prior to receiving your first service here at SIMPLY DAWN. This will help us determine the correct course of action for you, rather than utilizing a trial and error method to dial down on specifics. Our initial consultation will also help us dial down on any specific contraindications for programs, services, modalities, and/or products that we may recommend to you or use during appointments.

Our top priority is to ensure you receive safe and effective services every time, and to help you save valuable time and money in the process.

NOTE: If your appointment has been scheduled without a consultation, we will add a Fresh Start Consultation to your appointment, which will add an additional 30 minutes to your first service at no extra charge.

Intake, disclosure, and/or reminder forms will be sent to you prior to your first appointment, and also prior to receiving certain clinical treatments or body treatments. If a form requires information or a signature, please complete or sign the form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will help us maximize our time together and stay on schedule throughout the day.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This is to ensure our ability to fill your slot and also to respect the time of our service providers. For appointments that are cancelled without a 24-hour notice, the following fee schedule will automatically be charged to the credit card on file: $50 for consultations and 60- minute appointments, and $75 for 90-minute appointments. Thank you for understanding and valuing our time by providing us with at least a 24-hour notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

We will do our best to accommodate you if you are late to your appointment. This will include shortening your treatment to fit the remaining allotted time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and our cancellation fee policy will apply to your missed appointment. We always advise checking traffic ahead of time to note any slowdowns or accidents, while making every effort to arrive a couple of minutes early for your appointment.

We want to ensure you have a wonderfully rejuvenating experience each time you are here, and being ready to go at the start of your appointment is one of the best ways to make this happen! In the instance that we may be running a bit behind, we realize this is due to no fault of your own. Your appointment will be fully completed as scheduled.

To ensure the comfort of each of our guests, please place phones or other electronic devices on 'vibrate' or 'silent' while in the spa.

Please make arrangements to leave all children at home during your appointment.

If you have a fever, are taking medicine to control a fever or other symptoms, or are ill with any type of communicable disease, please call to reschedule your appointment.
