When you register for an account as a Spa INSIDER, a Spa Wallet will automatically be set up for you. Your Spa Wallet will give us a way to place rewards and perks into your account to use as desired. No cards/No Tracking/No Hassle!
All subscriptions, rewards, and perks are conveniently tracked for you and are automatically applied through our software system.
In order to keep our system current, any unused Wallet Rewards (WR's) & Perks will automatically expire after 265 days, unless otherwise specified. NOTE: WR's and Spa Diamond Perks are separate from your personal Spa Wallet monthly subscription funds, which will never expire.
We are ever-evolving...Program structure and guidelines may be upgraded, enhanced, or altered at any time. You will receive ample notice of any changes to our SPA 360° Subscription Program and/or guidelines.
Referral rewards offer two-way rewards. Each time you refer a new client that books an appointment with us, a Wallet Reward in the amount of $10, $15, $20, or $25 respectively will be placed in your Spa Wallet. In addition, your referral (as any first-time client), will receive VIP ELITE 360° pricing when they receive their first treatment. This includes 20% savings on their treatment and 20% savings on any products purchased at the time of their first appointment.
Anniversary WR's will be placed in your Spa Wallet on each anniversary of your SPA 360° subscription.
Birthday WR's must be used during your birthday month and will expire on the last day of the month.
Diamonds are our spa currency, and we use them as engagement perks to reward you for following, engaging, and sharing on social media.
