As a new client, you will automatically receive a Spa Wallet, which will be set up in our system to apply within our spa ecosystem. The dollar amount that is “banked” in your wallet each month with your SPA 360 subscription is based on the subscription tier you choose.

Our SPA 360 member subscriptions work as a simple layaway program. Your subscription fee is charged to your card on file and is placed in your Spa Wallet each month. You are then able to apply your wallet funds toward any products and standalone services of your choice.

The SPA 360 subscription tier you choose determines what level of savings you receive on your products and services, and what type of perks and rewards you qualify for.

Your savings and discounts apply to each and every purchase you make, regardless of the current balance available in your Spa Wallet. We will apply your available Spa Wallet balance to your purchase total. If your total is more than the funds currently available in your Spa Wallet, you’ll simply pay the difference at the time of your appointment or purchase.

NOTE: Our spa policies remain in effect for all SPA 360 subscriptions, including our 24-hour appointment cancellation policy.

Our Spa INSIDER tier is not a paid subscription tier. The first time you purchase a service or product at SIMPLY DAWN, you will automatically be placed in our Spa INSIDER tier.

As a Spa INSIDER, a Spa Wallet will be set up for you in our system and you will be able to take advantage of our Points & Rewards program. You will also begin receiving the inside scoop on our spa happenings, events, curated seasonal treatments, wellness updates, and all things delightfully new!

Our Points & Rewards program allows you to accrue points with each purchase. Once you reach 200 points, a $10.00 reward will be placed on your account. Rewards are redeemable toward the purchase of any products of your choice, but may not be applied toward services.

REFERRAL REWARDS:
Any time you refer a new client to us, both of you will benefit!

1. Your referral will receive VIP ELITE pricing on any service/s and products purchased at the time of their first visit to SIMPLY DAWN! A consultation will be required at the time of their first appointment (as with all first-time clients) so we may determine any specific allergies and/or contraindications prior to receiving treatment.
2. At the time of your referral's first visit, you will also receive a referral reward in the form of a credit that will automatically be placed on your account. You may use this credit in addition to any other funds available in your wallet at the time of your next purchase. The amount of your referral reward varies according to the subscription tier you choose. Please see our SPA 360 pricing table for details.

NOTE: Referral rewards do apply to our basic Spa INSIDER tier.

BIRTHDAY PERKS:
Each year at the beginning of your birthday month, you will receive an email containing a gift card that may be used toward the purchase of any product of your choice. This gift card will remain active during your birthday month, and will expire after the last day of your birthday month.

NOTE: Birthday perks do not apply to our basic Spa INSIDER tier. Please see our SPA 360 pricing table for details.

ANIVERSARY PERKS:
Each year on the anniversary of the start of your SPA 360 subscription, you will receive an email containing a gift card that may be used toward the purchase of any product of your choice. This gift card will remain active for 30 days from your subscription anniversary date, after which it will expire.

NOTE: Anniversary perks do not apply to our basic Spa INSIDER tier. Please see our SPA 360 pricing table for details.

If you are unable to schedule an appointment or use the funds in your Spa Wallet on any given month, no worries!

Your balance will continue to roll over from month-to-month until you are able to use it.

We do recommend receiving services on a regular basis in order to take the most advantage of your SPA 360 subscription.

We require a 6-month minimum commitment for all SPA 360 subscriptions.

After a minimum of 6 months, you may cancel your SPA 360 subscription at any time. Requests must be received 30 days in advance via text or email so we can retain the date stamp in writing. Once we receive notice from you that you wish to cancel your subscription, we will send you a cancellation form to sign, confirming the change to your account.

The cancellation will take effect on your next billing date after your 30 day notice has been received.

A $200 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations requested prior to the date of your 6-month subscription minimum.  Should you decide you would like to reactivate your SPA 360 subscription, you may do so at any time.

After cancelling your SPA 360 subscription, any funds remaining in your Spa Wallet may be applied toward spa services and/or retail products at your regular subscription pricing, for the remainder of your final billing period.

After signing your cancellation form, your monthly billing and pricing/benefit levels will end on the day prior to your next billing date, after your 30 day notice. Once your subscription ends, you may continue to use any remaining funds in your Spa Wallet as cash until your balance reaches $0.00.  All product and service purchases will be charged at standard a la carte pricing after your subscription has ended.

For this reason, we recommend using the funds left in your Spa Wallet prior to the ending of your subscription, in order to retain the full savings offered at your subscription level.

No. Subscription savings only applies to products, standalone services, and applicable service series.

Our WELLNESS 360 health programs are full packages on their own and are separate from our SPA 360 subscriptions. Savings and rewards are pre-built into the cost of our WELLNESS 360 health programs.
